Actor-director Justin Baldoni has launched a website containing two public documents related to his complaint against co-star Blake Lively, accusing her of sexual harassment. The website features an amended $400 million complaint filed by Baldoni and a 168-page document outlining a timeline of relevant events.
Baldoni’s team claims the new evidence has led them to amend their lawsuit from defamation to invasion of privacy. They argue they have “nothing to hide” despite the allegations against him. Lively had previously accused Baldoni of invading her privacy, claiming he entered her makeup trailer uninvited while she was undressed.
The dispute started when Lively filed a complaint in New York federal court alleging retaliation for reporting sexual harassment at their film set. Baldoni denied the allegations and claimed Lively and Reynolds sought to damage his reputation.
Both sides have released statements on the footage used as evidence, with Lively’s team claiming it shows unwelcome advances from Baldoni. A hearing is scheduled for Monday, where attorneys from both sides will appear in court, but neither party is expected to attend.
