Actor and producer Justin Baldoni has shared an amended complaint in his case against co-star Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds, as well as their PR firm and the New York Times. The documents, published on a new website titled “The Lawsuit Info,” include a timeline of relevant events, including emails and text messages exchanged between the parties.
According to Baldoni’s amended complaint, the timeline reveals a series of texts allegedly sent by Lively to him in April 2023, discussing the filming of their movie “It Ends with Us.” The texts appear to show Lively flirting with Baldoni on set, using humor and playful language.
Additionally, screenshots shared on the website show texts between Baldoni and Reynolds, introduced in February 2023. In these messages, Reynolds praises Baldoni’s work and expresses excitement about the film’s production, calling it “INCREDIBLE.”
Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman stated that the new evidence corroborates his client’s claims of harassment and manipulation by Lively and her team. He also accused The New York Times of initiating a smear campaign against Baldoni.
However, Lively’s team has expressed concern over the media statements made by Freedman, which they claim could prejudice the jury in their upcoming court case.
