Justin Tucker’s future in Baltimore hangs in the balance amid an NFL investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against him. The kicker remains on the roster for now, but coach John Harbaugh confirmed that the team is scouting kickers to bolster their depth.
Allegations surfaced this offseason, with 16 massage therapists from eight high-end Baltimore-area spas accusing Tucker of misconduct. Team officials waited until Tuesday to comment publicly, with General Manager Eric DeCosta and Harbaugh answering questions about the situation.
Both Harbaugh and DeCosta spoke with Tucker, acknowledging that the allegations are a “tough deal.” Harbaugh cited the team’s zero-tolerance stance on domestic abuse in recent years as a guiding principle, but noted that each case is viewed individually. The NFL is currently reviewing the allegations.
While Tucker remains the team’s primary kicker, scouts have been brought in to evaluate rookie prospects like Ryan Fitzgerald and Caden Davis. The investigation’s outcome will determine whether Tucker’s future with the Ravens is secure.
