A former marketing staffer at Yeezy, identified as Jane Doe, has filed a lawsuit against rapper Kanye West in California superior court, alleging sex and religious discrimination, harassment, and antisemitic remarks. According to the complaint, West compared himself to Adolf Hitler, sent her pornographic material, and used derogatory language in text messages.
The incident occurred in 2024, when Doe was working at Yeezy as a marketer. West allegedly made antisemitic remarks after she suggested he make a statement condemning Nazism, including texting her “I Am A NAZI.” He also asked her about her salary and referred to another staffer as “the first day of working for Hitler.”
Doe claims she was subject to harassment over text, with messages including “You Ugly as F—”, “You stupid ass corny bitch,” and “Now sue me you corny ass bitch.” West allegedly fired her in June 2024 after she reported his conduct to her manager.
The lawsuit comes amid renewed controversy surrounding West’s antisemitism remarks. In recent days, he has made inflammatory comments on Twitter and posted a television ad during the Super Bowl featuring a swastika-emblazoned t-shirt.
Doe’s lawyer, Carney Shegerian, stated that West “waged a relentless and deliberate campaign of antisemitism and misogyny against my client.”
