Keegan Bradley Hints at Playing Captaincy for U.S. Ryder Cup Team

Keegan Bradley has moved up the Ryder Cup standings and won the Travelers Championship, sparking speculation about his role as a playing captain for the U.S. team.

Bradley, 39, was chosen by the PGA of America to lead the U.S. team in the 2025 matches at Bethpage Black in New York but has expressed uncertainty about playing in the upcoming Ryder Cup. He wants to put his team in the best position to win and will consider playing as a captain.

Bradley’s surge in form has made him a top contender, and he is currently ranked No. 7 in the Official World Golf Ranking. The top six players in the points standings after the BMW Championship will automatically make the team, with Bradley also selecting six captain’s choices.
