Clarkson won a legal victory in 2023 when a California labor commissioner ruled that Blackstock must pay her $2.6 million for “unlawfully” procuring deals as her manager.
Despite the challenges, Clarkson has continued to host her show, with her latest absence remaining unclear. She returned on March 18 and is set to host again on March 21.
