Kendrick Lamar’s scathing diss tracks “Euphoria” and “Not Like Us” were a major talking point after the Super Bowl on Sunday. The five-time Grammy Award-winning rapper performed both songs, which included wild accusations against Drake. Despite initial concerns about the legality of performing such diss tracks on national TV, Kendrick seemed unfazed and even enjoyed the attention.
The halftime show was filled with viral moments, including when Kendrick looked directly into the camera and rapped “Say, Drake, I hear you like ’em young.” The crowd sang along to this infamous line, while Kendrick wore a pointed lowercase “a” necklace. Two of Drake’s exes, SZA and Serena Williams, also made surprise appearances on the field.
Drake has yet to directly address the situation, but an inside source claims that he was actually angry about the halftime show. Despite this, Drake seems unbothered as he tours Australia and prepares to release a new collab album later this week. Only time will tell if he’ll speak out about Kendrick’s diss tracks.
