Renowned content creator Kensou has released a new tier list for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, based on his personal experience and observations from watching Evo Japan 2025. In the list, Hotaru Futaba takes top spot as the overall best character.
Kensou’s second-tier category features Kain, Rock, Marco, Hokutomaru, and Gato, with Rock surprisingly ranking high despite no player reaching top 32 with him at the tournament. Notably, Kensou ranks Billy Kane lower than usual, contrasting with his Evo Japan 2025 third-place finish.
The lowest tier is shared by Tizoc and Salvatore Ganacci, reflecting Tizoc’s reputation as the worst character. Kensou discusses these rankings in a new 35-minute video, offering insights into his thought process behind the list.
