The University of Kentucky women’s basketball team has released its Southeastern Conference regular season schedule for the 2025-26 season. The Wildcats will begin their conference slate on New Year’s Day at LSU and conclude it with a home game against top-ranked South Carolina on March 1.
UK’s conference schedule features 16 games, including eight home games and eight away games. This marks the second straight season that the team will meet just one conference foe for a home-and-away game. The Wildcats had an impressive first season in the SEC under head coach Kenny Brooks, finishing fourth in the league with a 11-5 record.
Some notable achievements from last season include:
* Kentucky’s best scoring margin in SEC regular-season action since 2012-13
* The team’s best scoring defense in SEC regular-season action
* UK winning eight SEC games by at least 14 points, the second most in program history
