Kia unveiled its new EV4 sedan at the New York Auto Show, revealing range and power specs. The car will be available in US markets shortly. Key specifications include:
* Long-range Wind model with an estimated 330 miles of range
* Three trim options: Light, Wind, and GT-Line
* Base model (Light) has a 58.3-kWh battery, while Wind and GT-Line get larger 81.4-kWh packs
* Standard DC fast charger capable of charging from 10 to 80 percent in about half an hour
* Front-wheel drive with a 201-horsepower motor
* Kia’s i-Pedal adaptive one-pedal driving mode and vehicle-to-load capability
Pricing has not been announced yet, but Kia expects US sales to begin in the first quarter of 2026. The EV4 is Korean-built, and its companion crossover model, the EV3, is expected to be cheaper and may hit the market first.
