Kim Kardashian is set to star as the villain in an upcoming live-action Bratz film at Amazon MGM Studios, according to ABC Audio. The project, which is still in development, will be produced by Kardashian alongside Picturestart and MGA Entertainment.
No plot details have been revealed, but Charlie Polinger and Lucy McKendrick are writing the script. This marks one of Kardashian’s first live-action roles since her appearance in season 12 of “American Horror Story.” She is also set to star in Ryan Murphy’s upcoming Hulu series “All’s Fair” and produce the Netflix film “The 5th Wheel.”
Bratz, which debuted in 2001, has sold over 200 million fashion dolls globally. The brand prioritizes inclusivity, self-expression, and a passion for fashion, boasting the highest social media engagement across all toy brands.
This live-action Bratz film would be the first of its kind since the 2007 theatrical release “Bratz: The Movie.”
