Reality TV stars Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are facing the loss of their multimillion-dollar home in Georgia after a foreclosure auction. The couple, who were married for 11 years, had taken out a $1.65 million loan on their Alpharetta property in 2012. Despite efforts to sell the home themselves, Truist Bank has scheduled an auction for December 3, citing the couple’s default on the loan.
The mansion, which boasts 15,000 square feet and features seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a fitness room, was built in 2008 and sits on nearly two acres in a gated community. The estate was previously featured on Zolciak’s Bravo spin-off “Don’t Be Tardy” and has been valued at $6 million.
The foreclosure auction comes after the couple filed back-to-back divorce documents in spring 2023, citing an irretrievably broken marriage. They have four children together and had accumulated over $1 million in unpaid taxes to the IRS from 2013 to 2018.
Zolciak previously dismissed rumors of a foreclosure in November 2022, stating she would not sell her home for “half a penny.” However, records show the property is now on sale for $3.65 million, with an auction scheduled for December 3.
