The World Economic Forum has cleared Klaus Schwab of “material wrongdoing” following an investigation into potential misconduct by the institution’s founder, according to a statement released on Friday. As part of the resolution, Blackrock CEO Larry Fink and Roche AG vice chairman Andre Hoffmann will serve as interim co-chairs of the WEF board of trustees, replacing outgoing Interim Chairman Peter Brabeck-Letmathe.
