Lamar Jackson has finally joined the exclusive 99 Club in Madden NFL 26, a feat he’s accomplished for the first time in his career. As one of only seven members of the club to start the season, Jackson was rewarded with a glitzy 99 Club necklace.
The Baltimore Ravens quarterback began last season with an 98 overall rating but was upgraded midway through the historic campaign. He joins other elite players like Saquon Barkley, Lane Johnson, and Ja’Marr Chase in the prestigious group. The 99 Club features the highest-rated players in the game at the start of each season.
Jackson expressed his gratitude to EA Sports for recognizing his performance. “Aye, this is crazy,” he said about receiving a spot in the 99 Club again. With only seven members to begin the season, it’s clear that other players are close behind, including Derrick Henry and potential Ravens teammates.
