Lamar Jackson Says He’s Fine After Sore Foot Injury

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson will not miss any playing time this weekend despite suffering a minor foot injury during Thursday’s practice. Head coach John Harbaugh revealed that Jackson’s foot was stepped on during Wednesday’s practice, but a quick X-ray showed no damage.

Harbaugh acknowledged that the injury might cause some soreness, but he’s confident that Jackson will be fine to play. “He got his foot stepped on, like we said yesterday,” Harbaugh explained. “It was a big relief… I told the guys, ‘Prayers do get answered.'”

Jackson has now missed four years of playing in preseason games due to injury. However, he’s back and ready to take the field this weekend. Additionally, fullback Patrick Ricard is dealing with a soft-tissue injury but should return to practice next week.
