In a separate interview, Trump referred to American citizens as “homegrowns,” sparking Colbert’s mockery. He likened the term to the crappy weed his cousin tries to sell him. Kimmel also discussed the Ábrego García case, where an American citizen was mistakenly deported to El Salvador and later ordered by the supreme court to be returned.
Additionally, late-night hosts targeted Trump’s immigration policies in a town hall meeting with Chuck Grassley, joking that he appeared so old he even attended to complain. The hosts also poked fun at Trump’s proposal for immigrants to deport themselves.
Meanwhile, Jimmy Kimmel discussed Elon Musk’s personal life, including his reported “harem of baby mamas.” The billionaire has over 14 children and Kimmel joked that Musk might be both an alien and a predator. He also briefly addressed the ongoing feud with Harvard and made fun of Mike Lindell’s internet show experiencing technical difficulties.
