Lions’ Six Represent in 2025 Pro Bowl Games

The Detroit Lions will have six representatives at the 2025 Pro Bowl Games, starting Thursday night. Quarterback Jared Goff, running back Jahmyr Gibbs, center Frank Ragnow, tackle Taylor Decker, safety Brian Branch, and punter Jack Fox will all participate in various events.

On Wednesday, the NFL released details of the event, which includes new competitions like “Passing the Test” where quarterbacks try to hit targets at different distances. The Lions’ Jared Goff will team up with Packers running back Josh Jacobs for this challenge.

Other events include “The Big Spike,” a competition among big men from each conference, and “Relay Race,” where four players from each conference complete a 40-yard dash before handing off the football to their teammate. For the Lions, Jahmyr Gibbs and Brian Branch will team up with Jaycee Horn and Micah Parsons in one of three heats.

Lions players will also participate in events like “Dodgeball,” “Punt Perfect,” and “The Great Football Race.” Jack Fox and Kyle Juszczyk will compete in the latter, while Frank Ragnow and Micah Parsons will team up with other players for the relay race.

Sunday’s main event is a full flag football game, where the Lions’ Jared Goff, Jahmyr Gibbs, Frank Ragnow, and Brian Branch will represent the team.
