HGTV’s popular home series “Love It or List It” has announced its newest host, designer Page Turner. The show, which poses the question of whether to renovate or sell a house, will return for a new season after longtime host Hilary Farr left the program in 2023.
In each episode, realtor David Visentin and designer Page Turner compete for homeowners’ decisions on whether to stay or go. Visentin’s expertise helps target listings to prospective buyers, while Page aims to transform worn-out houses into homes that appeal to homeowners.
According to HGTV, Page brings extensive experience in real estate and design to the show. Fans of “Flip or Flop Nashville” and “Fix My Flip” are familiar with her competitive side, and this season promises to be exciting as she takes on Visentin.
The new season’s start date has not been announced yet. With Page Turner at the helm, fans can look forward to a fresh dynamic in the long-running series.
