Homeowners and HGTV viewers may be able to love it again after all, as the popular reality TV show “Love It or List It” has been renewed. The show, which pits a designer against a realtor in a battle of wits over whether to renovate or sell their home, will feature new cast member Page Turner replacing Hilary Farr, who departed in December 2023.
The show’s format is simple: a couple decides whether to stay in their current home or move on, with the help of a designer and a realtor. The twist? A renovation project that aims to address their needs, alongside comparable houses shown by the realtor. In the end, the couple chooses to either “Love it!” or “List it!”, deciding which path they’ll take.
Turner, who has appeared on other HGTV shows such as “Flip or Flop Nashville” and “Fix My Flip”, brings fresh blood to the production. With a background in real estate and design, she is expected to bring a competitive edge to her role alongside returning co-star David Visentin.
The new season of “Love It or List It” will consist of eight hourlong episodes and premiere in summer 2025. Will Turner be able to maintain Farr’s “Love it” track record? Only time will tell.
