Macaulay Culkin Supports Younger Brother Kieran’s Oscar Win

Macaulay Culkin was overjoyed when his younger brother, Kieran Culkin, won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor at the ceremony for “A Real Pain”. During a livestream conversation with Vanity Fair Oscar Party host Tan France, Macaulay shared that he only watched the part of the show where Kieran’s award was announced.

In his acceptance speech, Kieran thanked his wife, Jazz Charton, for promising to have another child if he won an Oscar. The brothers’ emotional moment was also captured by their wives – Brenda Song and Jazz Charton respectively – who were present at the ceremony with them.

Macaulay expressed that he had a good feeling about Kieran’s chances of winning, saying he felt he’d see him later after his win, as if they hadn’t won anything. This sentiment echoed Kieran’s own confidence before the award show, which included sitting front row and aisle seats closest to the stairs at the ceremony.

The Culkin brothers have a family history in Hollywood with Macaulay being famous for ‘Home Alone’ while Kieran is known for his performances in “Sex and the City” series.
