Mandy Moore and Family Find Refuge at Hilary Duff’s Home Amid Wildfires

Actress Mandy Moore and her family have found temporary shelter at the home of friend Hilary Duff, who is also helping Moore’s brother-in-law Griffin Goldsmith after their homes were damaged in a Los Angeles wildfire.

Moore’s husband Taylor Goldsmith and their children are staying with Duff, 37, and her husband Matthew Koma, as their own home was impacted by the fire. The family lost several belongings, including instruments and equipment, but the main part of their house remains standing.

Griffin Goldsmith wrote an emotional Instagram post expressing his gratitude to Duff and Koma for their kindness, stating that they have taken care of his entire family since the beginning of the crisis. He also shared his own struggles, having lost his home and community in the fire.

Moore recently responded to critics who questioned her family’s involvement with the GoFundMe page set up by Goldsmith and Duff, which has raised over $200,000 for the couple’s relief efforts. Moore shut down the critics with a message on Instagram, stating that her family is also experiencing significant losses due to the fire.

The GoFundMe page was created after Matt Koma started it to help his friends, and Moore shared it to help spread awareness about how fans can assist them during this difficult time.
