Marburg Suspected to Have Killed Eight People in Tanzania

A deadly virus, Marburg Virus Disease, has infected at least nine people in Tanzania’s Kagera region, killing eight of them, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). The victims showed similar symptoms including headaches, high fever, back pain, and severe vomiting. The WHO confirmed that the cases presented with hemorrhage and body weakness.
