The 2025 NCAA men’s basketball tournament is set to begin with the First Round games on Thursday, March 20. Here’s a breakdown of the schedule and locations for the upcoming tournament.
The 2025 tournament will feature 68 teams competing in four regions: East, West, South, and Midwest. The games will be held at various venues across the country, including UD Arena in Dayton, Ohio; Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky; and Chase Center in San Francisco, California.
Here is the schedule for the First Round:
* March 20-22: First/Second rounds
* March 27-29: East Regional
* March 28-30: South Regional
* March 29-31: Midwest Regional
The tournament will continue with Sweet 16 and Elite Eight rounds, followed by the Final Four on April 5 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The championship game will take place on April 7.
