McDonald’s has brought back its popular Bagel Sandwiches after a 22-year hiatus. The sandwiches, which feature a bagel with various fillings such as egg, cheese, and bacon, were first introduced in 1999 but disappeared from menus nationwide.
The sandwiches are now available in every McDonald’s restaurant across the United States. The options include three main flavors: Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel; Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel; and Egg & Cheese Bagel. A Sausage, Egg & Cheese Bagel will also be joining the menu soon.
To celebrate their 50th anniversary of the Egg McMuffin, McDonald’s is offering some special deals. Customers can get a classic Egg McMuffin for $1 on Sunday, March 2, through the app. There’s also a Buy One Get One Free offer for Sausage McMuffins with Egg when ordering delivery from March 3-30.
According to Joe Erlinger, McDonald’s USA President, “At McDonald’s, breakfast isn’t just a meal; it’s a cherished tradition and cornerstone of our brand.” The company is known for its high-quality ingredients and great value, making it a popular choice for breakfast.
