McDonald’s has launched a new menu platform called McValue, offering customers ways to save on menu items. The everyday value platform includes meal deals, all-day savings, and more. Beloved actor and former pro-wrestler John Cena is the face of the new initiative, sharing his favorite McDonald’s orders and promoting the benefits of the McValue menu.
The new McValue platform “offers more variety, choice, and flexibility,” according to McDonald’s. Customers can save with offers like Buy One, Add One for $1 and a $5 Meal Deal. Local franchises will also serve additional deals in their communities, including app-exclusive promotions.
In partnership with 16 brands, McDonald’s will roll out promotional offers throughout 2025, such as free credits, upgrades, and ad-free entertainment while supplies last. Customers who interact with McValue ads can unlock these rewards.
The launch comes after the company made changes to its diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in response to the Supreme Court decision ending affirmative action in college admissions. Despite this change, McDonald’s stated it will continue with inclusion initiatives and has reached gender pay equity at all levels of the company.
