Rap artist Megan Thee Stallion has filed a new petition seeking a restraining order against fellow rapper Tory Lanez, who is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence for shooting her in both feet during an altercation on a Los Angeles street.
Megan claims that even behind bars, Lanez continues to “terrorize” her with harassment and bullying campaigns orchestrated by his supporters. In her new filing, she alleges that Lanez’s lawyers have enlisted social media influencers to post false information about the shooting, in an attempt to undermine her reputation.
The petition also names social media influencer Elizabeth Milagro Cooper as a conspirator, claiming she was paid by Lanez to bully Megan and discredit her name. Megan previously sued Cooper for cyberstalking in federal court in Florida, alleging that Lanez pays her to attack him.
A hearing on the new restraining order is set for January 9, 2025, with Megan seeking protection from harassment and intimidation in any form, online or offline.
