Megyn Kelly recently accused Euphoria star Sydney Sweeney of being invited to billionaire Jeff Bezos’ lavish wedding in Venice, Italy due to her physical appearance. Kelly claimed on her show that Bezos and his partner Lauren Sanchez only invite celebrities with “enormous breasts” who are popular for their bodies.
Kelly also criticized the couple’s behavior at the wedding, calling them “royalty” who acted as if they were above everyone else. She name-dropped other high-profile attendees, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Gayle King, and Oprah Winfrey, suggesting that Bezos and Sanchez only invited celebrities to get media attention.
Sweeney is starring in an upcoming Amazon MGM Studios project, Split Fiction, which reportedly led to her receiving the invitation to Bezos’ wedding. The source stated that Sweeney “came to pay respect” to Bezos but did not have a close friendship with him or his partner.
Kelly’s criticism of Sweeney comes after reports emerged that Sweeney and her ex-fiancé Jonathan Davino had hit a rough patch in their relationship, leading to the cancellation of their wedding. The couple broke up in 2025, and it appears they are focusing on their personal lives rather than the high-profile event.
Sweeney is currently single and gearing up for her next projects, including her return as Cassie Howard in HBO’s Euphoria and a biopic about boxer Christy Martin.
