Microsoft Adds Calendar Features to Windows 10 Despite End-of-Life

Windows 10 is nearing the end of its life cycle, with support set to expire in October. However, Microsoft continues to add new features to it. The latest release, Build 19045.5435, includes a system tray calendar with holiday illustrations and weather forecasts, replacing a traditional clock with seconds. This feature allows users to view current weather, holidays, and events from their calendar, along with miniature images for holidays like Valentine’s Day. Notably, the same calendar functionality is limited in Windows 11, which has remained largely unchanged since its release in 2021.
