Microsoft has released two new builds for Windows 11 insiders, with the Beta Channel getting build number 22635.4660 and the Canary Channel receiving build number 22635.4660 as well. The latest update brings several improvements, including added labels to File Explorer’s context menu and enhanced Magnifier features.
The update includes changes in the File Explorer context menu, which now provides clear labels for actions such as “Cut”, “Copy”, “Paste”, “Rename”, “Share”, and “Delete”. Additionally, the Magnifier has received new buttons to reset zoom to fit the screen or to return to a user’s preferred magnification.
However, the update also disables suggested actions that appear when copying phone numbers or future dates in Windows 11. These actions will be phased out over time as part of the update process.
The release includes fixes for several issues impacting File Explorer performance and reliability. The complete announcement can be found on the official Windows Blog.
