Microsoft Unveils Intel-Powered Surface Pro 11 and Laptop 7 for Businesses

Microsoft is launching Intel-powered versions of its Surface Pro 11 and Surface Laptop 7, targeting businesses. The devices will be available on February 18th.

The Surface Laptop 7 for businesses starts at $1,499.99 and comes with up to 32GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, and a choice between Intel Core Ultra 5 or Ultra 7 chips. It features up to 14 hours of battery life and includes a USB-A 3.2 port instead of the Qualcomm version.

The Surface Pro 11 for businesses starts at $1,499.99 and offers a 13-inch LCD or OLED panel, with both displays the same as on the Qualcomm-powered device. Businesses can configure it with Core Ultra 5 or Ultra 7 processors, up to 32GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage.

Microsoft is promoting these devices as upgrade options for businesses transitioning from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The Intel-powered Surface Pro 11 and Laptop 7 come equipped with NPUs capable of Copilot Plus features, allowing access to the latest Windows AI features.

A new USB 4 dock priced at $199.99 will also be available on February 18th, supporting two 4K displays and up to 40Gb/s for data transfers. Business preorders are open today, with both devices shipping on February 18th.
