Milo Ventimiglia, Kiernan Shipka, and Michael Rooker have joined the voice cast of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. The game was revealed during Sunday’s Xbox Games Showcase and is set to be released later this year on various platforms.
The story follows David Mason, played by Ventimiglia, and his team as they fight against a manipulative enemy in a world ravaged by conflict and psychological warfare. Shipka will play Emma Kagan, while Rooker reprises his role as Mike Harper from Black Ops 2.
According to Activision Publishing Marketing, the game aims to build on the community’s enthusiasm for the Black Ops universe. The release will coincide with the previous game in the series, Call of Duty: Warzone, allowing players more time to enjoy live seasons before moving forward.
The game is not affected by the current SAG-AFTRA strike against video game companies.
