A shooting rampage in the western city of Cetinje, Montenegro, has left at least 10 people dead and four others seriously injured. The attack followed a bar brawl and is believed to have been carried out by 45-year-old Aco Martinovic. He killed several family members, including children, at his own home and was later identified as the suspect in the police investigation. Interior Minister Danilo Saranovic confirmed that the authorities are working to apprehend Martinovic, who remains on the run.
