Morgan Wallen Performs ‘I’m The Problem’ & ‘Just In Case’ on SNL

Country singer Morgan Wallen appeared on Saturday Night Live, performing two tracks from his upcoming album ‘I’m The Problem’. This marks his second musical guest spot on the late-night show. Wallen kicked off with the title track and followed it up with “Just In Case”. He has been teasing or releasing new music since January, which is set to be released on May 16.

Earlier this year, controversy surrounded Wallen’s appearance. During the traditional goodbyes, he abruptly left the stage for reasons unknown and walked into the audience area. Later, he posted a photo of a private plane with the caption “Get me to God’s country”, suggesting his quick departure from New York. This raises questions about Wallen’s past mistakes.

In 2020, Wallen was arrested twice in Nashville for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors last December and was ordered to spend a week in a DUI education center. In 2021, a video surfaced of Wallen using a racist slur, prompting widespread backlash. Despite this, his album “Dangerous: The Double Album” saw increased sales.

Wallen will be going on tour this summer in North America for the ‘I’m The Problem’ album, which is his first full-length release since 2023’s “One Thing at a Time”.
