Motorola has released its refreshed Moto G Stylus update for 2025, aiming to deliver a compelling package of specifications at under $500. The new device boasts several notable features, including a built-in stylus and a massive 5,000mAh battery.
The stylus can be used as a mouse pointer or to fire up specialized apps like Sketch to Image in Motorola’s Note app. The phone also features a 6.7-inch Super HD POLED display with high brightness, stereo speakers, and an impressive Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 mobile processor.
A triple-array camera system provides excellent photography capabilities, including a primary 50MP rear camera, a 13MP ultrawide camera, and a three-in-one light sensor. The selfie camera is a 32MP sensor. With up to 40 hours of battery life on a charge, the Moto G Stylus 2025 offers great value for its price.
The phone also comes with IP68-rated water protection, military-grade durability, and fast charging capabilities through Motorola’s 68W TurboPower technology. While it may not match OnePlus’ SuperVOOC speeds, it still provides impressive proprietary charging at an affordable price.
Starting at $400 for 128GB of storage, the Moto G Stylus 2025 is set to go on sale beginning April 17. We’ll be putting this device through its paces to see how it ranks among other upcoming budget lineup phones, including the Google Pixel 9a.
