Federal regulators have announced recalls for eight products, including off-road vehicles and home items, due to safety concerns. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued warnings for the following products:
* Polaris RZR 1000 and XP4 1000 recreational off-road vehicles due to an electrical short caused by a damaged battery post
* Ranger ROVs and ProXD utility task vehicles with defective welds on passenger side seat belt anchor points, posing injury hazards to passengers
* Belkin portable wireless battery charger for smart watches due to overheating lithium-ion batteries, which can cause fires
* Academy Sports + Outdoors Redfield 12- and 18-gun fireproof safes with mechanical internal locking plates that can fail to align, allowing unauthorized users to open the safes
* QVC oven gloves that can fail to provide sufficient protection from heat, posing burn hazards
* NetZero USA High Bay LED light fixtures due to plastic pins degrading and causing loose LED boards that can catch fire
* Vacation Legendary VACATION by Vacation Black Label Scented Candle with a risk of the glass container breaking from high flames, posing fire and laceration hazards
* Anker Soundcore lithium-ion battery-powered Bluetooth speakers with overheating batteries, which can cause fires or minor burns
Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled products immediately and contact the manufacturer for further instructions.
