Myles Borne Teases Randy Orton Match at WrestleMania 41

A potential replacement for Kevin Owens as Randy Orton’s opponent at WrestleMania 41 has emerged. WWE NXT star Myles Borne hinted on Twitter that he could step in the ring with Orton after Owens revealed he would be undergoing neck surgery due to ongoing issues since January.

Owens had announced his absence from competing against Orton at WrestleMania 41 earlier this week, stating that he requires neck surgery. General Manager Nick Aldis later confirmed that Orton would not be competing, but Borne seized the opportunity to make a case for himself.

Borne is not currently booked for the NXT Stand & Deliver pay-per-view event on April 19, which could potentially make him available to fill the spot. Despite having limited main roster experience, Borne’s resemblance to a younger Randy Orton has drawn comparisons from fans, making some eager for the match between the two.

WWE is expected to provide further updates on Orton’s plans for WrestleMania 41 as more information becomes available.
