Nebius Group Sees Strong Q4 Growth with AI Expansion Plans

Arkady Volozh, founder and CEO of Nebius Group (NBIS), reported a remarkable fourth quarter for the company. In October, NBIS resumed trading on Nasdaq, and by December, it had secured $700 million in funding from top investors including Nvidia, Accel, and Orbis.

The company made significant progress in expanding its AI infrastructure, deploying its first new GPU cluster in the US and adding capacity in Europe. On the software side, NBIS launched its new AI-native cloud platform and inference platform, AI Studio.

In Q4, NBIS focused on building out its sales function, which is now yielding results with more clients joining the platform and a diversified customer base contributing to strong growth in annualized run-rate revenue. Based on existing contracts, March ARR is expected to reach at least $220 million, with additional deals in the pipeline.

Volozh expressed confidence that the company’s projected December 2025 ARR of $750 million to $1 billion is within reach, driven by momentum from its current growth and the anticipated impact of new data center capacity and Blackwell GPUs.
