Neil Gaiman’s longtime publisher, Dark Horse Comics, has withdrawn its association with the fantasy author following multiple women coming forward with sexual assault claims. The publisher confirmed in a Jan. 24 post that it will no longer publish Gaiman’s works, including the eight-part *Anansi Boys* comic series, seven of which have already been released.
Gaiman has also stepped back from producing the third season of *Good Omens* for Prime Video and Disney, with a single 90-minute episode set to conclude it. Additionally, Netflix’s *Dead Boy Detectives*, co-created by Gaiman, has been canceled. However, The Sandman’s second season on Netflix remains planned as per original schedules.
Meanwhile, Gaiman denied the allegations, stating he had never engaged in nonconsensual acts and expressed preparedness to take responsibility for any missteps. His ex-wife, Amanda Palmer, has not publicly commented but has stated her focus is on her son’s well-being due to her privacy concerns.
The publisher’s decision marks a significant shift in Gaiman’s career trajectory following growing scrutiny of his alleged misconduct.
