NFL Free Agency Begins March 10 with Key Moves Ahead

The National Football League’s (NFL) free agency period is set to begin on March 10, bringing a flurry of activity and key decisions for teams. This week, the franchise tag window has closed, with two notable players, Tee Higgins from the Bengals and Trey Smith from the Chiefs, being officially tagged.

As a result, teams are now able to finalize trades, such as the Commanders’ recent deal for receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. Additionally, free agents can re-sign with their current teams, while existing contracts can be extended before the official start of free agency on March 12.
