NFL Pro Bowl Rosters Released: Ravens Lead with Most Selections

The NFL has announced its 2025 Pro Bowl rosters, featuring players from 28 of the 32 teams. The Baltimore Ravens lead the list with nine selections, including quarterback Lamar Jackson and running back Derrick Henry. The Detroit Lions follow closely with seven picks.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes is noticeably absent from the AFC roster for the first time since entering the league in his second season. However, teammate Travis Kelce will participate for the 10th time. Other notable players include Philadelphia’s Saquon Barkley and Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce.

The Pro Bowl rosters also feature several rookie selections, including Raiders tight end Brock Bowers and Rams outside linebacker Jared Verse. The Detroit Lions’ Jared Goff leads the NFC, while Buffalo’s Josh Allen takes the top spot in the AFC.

Fullbacks John Juszczyk and Quenton Nelson will participate for their ninth Pro Bowl appearances, marking the most by any fullback and an offensive lineman respectively. Ja’Marr Chase rounds out Philadelphia’s selection as the fourth wide receiver to be chosen in each of his four seasons.

The Ravens’ roster includes Zay Flowers, Kyle Hamilton, Marlon Humphrey, Tyler Linderbaum, Nnamdi Madubuike, Patrick Ricard, and Roquan Smith as their wide receivers. Meanwhile, the Lions feature Brian Branch, Jahmyr Gibbs, Frank Ragnow, Penei Sewell, St. Brown, and Fox on their list.

In a departure from previous years, the NFL has opted for skills competitions and flag football games instead of the traditional all-star game. The AFC and NFC will face off in a 7-on-7 flag football game at Camping World Stadium on February 2, with Peyton and Eli Manning serving as head coaches for the two conferences.
