NFL Teams Projected for Success in 2025

The upcoming NFL season brings renewed hope for all 32 teams, as they look to build on last year’s successes and make playoff runs. Several teams are expected to exceed their win totals, with some surprises along the way.

The Atlanta Falcons have a favorable schedule and a healthy quarterback in Michael Penix Jr., making them a good bet to go over 7.5 wins this season. With seven of their 10 games against teams projected to have losing records, the Falcons are in position to make a strong push.

The Denver Broncos, led by rookie quarterback Bo Nix, are expected to repeat their success from last season and go over 9.5 wins. The team added playmakers on offense and defense, making them a top-tier unit with coach Sean Payton at the helm.

The Houston Texans have two early tests, but with new offensive coordinator Nick Caley bringing a system similar to Sean McVay’s, quarterback C.J. Stroud is poised for a strong season. If the Texans can control their divisional games in the AFC South, hitting 10 wins seems feasible.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are looking to rebound from last year’s poor performance and bring in coach Liam Cohen and draft pick Travis Hunter. With a relatively soft schedule, the Jags have a path to eight wins this season.

These teams, along with others, will be closely monitored as the season progresses. Will they live up to their projections, or will surprises come out of nowhere?
