Nintendo has not yet officially announced the line-up for its highly anticipated Switch 2 console, but leaks and reports suggest a diverse array of games are on their way. Among them are enhanced ports of popular titles such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Metroid Prime 4: Beyond.
The new 3D Mario game and an upgraded version of Final Fantasy 7 Remake/Rebirth have also been mentioned in various reports, while a potential remake of Assassin’s Creed Mirage is said to be in development.
A leaked trailer from Nintendo showed a significantly enhanced version of Mario Kart, potentially supporting up to 24 players per race. Microsoft-published titles like Halo and Doom: The Dark Ages are reportedly coming to the Switch 2 as well.
Other games that may be part of the launch line-up include Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and Tekken 8. However, some reports suggest that not all of these titles will be included, leaving fans eagerly awaiting more information from Nintendo’s upcoming Direct event on April 2.
