Nintendo Switch 2 Leaked Design Revealed in Satisfye Accessory Trailer

A potential leak from a third-party accessory trailer for the upcoming ZenGrip 2 has provided the first clear look at the Nintendo Switch 2’s design. The trailer, now deleted, shows a handheld console similar to the original Switch with an all-black design and what appears to be the “extra button” rumored for the Switch 2 joycons.

According to X/Twitter user DP19, who shared a blurry screenshot of the console, Satisfye accidentally included a trailer for their ZenGrip 2 attachment in a post about their upcoming product. The image captures a glimpse of the Switch 2 before it is fully visible, with some details still obscured by text.

WickedRay later posted another image from the deleted trailer, providing a clearer view of the console’s design. The handheld appears to be similar in shape to the original Switch, but its color scheme and additional features are distinct. Notably, the extra button seen on the joycons is also present on the console itself.

Nintendo has not officially confirmed the release date for the Switch 2, but it is expected to launch before the end of 2024. The company has also announced that the new console will be backwards compatible with the original Switch, offering a seamless gaming experience for players.
