The Nintendo Switch 2 has set a new record as the fastest-selling hardware in Nintendo history. However, its initial release caused stock shortages across various retailers. Fortunately, Walmart has announced a restock of the console on June 25.
Walmart+ members will get an exclusive one-hour head start at 9pm ET to purchase a Switch 2 or the Mario Kart World bundle, while non-members can buy it at 10pm ET. It’s unclear how much stock will be available, but Walmart is expected to sell out quickly.
For those who want to try and snag a Switch 2, Walmart offers a free 30-day trial of its service, including free grocery delivery from local stores and no shipping minimums. This can give new subscribers a chance to experience the benefits before deciding whether to cancel or upgrade to a paid membership.
