Notre Dame is abuzz with excitement as the city prepares to host a historic College Football Playoff matchup against Indiana. The iconic university is transforming into a festive atmosphere, complete with lights and decorations throughout downtown South Bend.

The Aloft Hotel on Main Street has become a hub of activity, welcoming fans from all over for the game. Guests are treated to a warm Irish welcome, complete with koozies, pom-poms, and big green shamrock balloons. Front desk supervisor Esmeralda Cervantes notes that the energy is electric, with fans coming together in unity to celebrate the occasion.

While most of the crowd is expected to arrive before game day, some are opting for an early arrival at the hotel. The Aloft Hotel has arranged a special “Game Day Express” bus route, which includes stops at the Century Center, DoubleTree, and McKenna Hall on campus. Fans can find all the necessary information on parking, tailgating, and stadium policies on the university’s website.

With just one day to go before the highly anticipated game, South Bend is radiating playoff spirit.
