Nvidia Partners with Swedish Businesses for AI Infrastructure

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has praised US President Donald Trump’s efforts to boost the country’s technology sector by developing artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure. The company has announced a partnership with several Swedish businesses, including Ericsson and AstraZeneca, to develop AI data center platforms.

The move comes after the Trump administration rescinded a rule that would have restricted exports of AI chips, which Nvidia had previously criticized as “a failure.” Instead, the US government is introducing sweeping tariffs aimed at stimulating growth and bringing back manufacturing jobs. However, many experts warn that this could lead to a recession in the US and globally.

Huang believes that Trump’s policies aim to make American technology companies “win” by allowing them to sell chips worldwide and generate revenue. The CEO praised Trump’s vision for re-industrialization, saying it would secure the supply chain and ensure resilience and diversity in manufacturing.

Nvidia has also recently partnered with businesses in Saudi Arabia and the UAE after similar rule changes. The company will provide its latest AI data center platform to Swedish companies as part of this partnership.
