NVIDIA Readies Next-Gen ‘Blackwell Ultra’ GB300 AI Servers for Mid-2025 Launch

NVIDIA’s upcoming “Blackwell Ultra” GB300 AI servers are expected to hit the market by mid-2025, promising significantly higher performance than current options. The next-gen architecture has generated massive interest from mainstream tech giants and is set to be a key player in the growing AI bandwagon.

According to a report by Taiwan Economic Daily, supply chain manufacturers have begun preparing for the launch of the “Blackwell Ultra” lineup, which will feature improved power consumption figures. To address this, manufacturers are expected to integrate complete liquid-cooled solutions with the servers, boosting demand for cooling components and benefiting Taiwanese companies like Auras Tech and Asia Vital Components.

The use of liquid cooling is likely to drive up pricing for the GB300 AI servers, with estimates suggesting that the top configuration could cost significantly more than current models. However, this increased revenue will be a boon for NVIDIA, allowing the company to capitalize on the growing demand for AI solutions.

In terms of design, the “Blackwell Ultra” lineup is expected to adopt a socketed design, enabling users to install or uninstall GPUs from motherboards. This move simplifies manufacturing and could benefit companies producing interconnect components and sockets.

The debut of NVIDIA’s “B300” lineup is expected to mark the next phase of the AI hype, with mid-2025 slated as the launch window for these high-performance servers.
