Nvidia is hinting that its highly-anticipated RTX 50 series graphics cards are nearing release. A recent video from the company’s upcoming LAN party features a mysterious PC as a prize, which some claim may be an early look at the new GPU designs.
The design appears to be unfamiliar, with speculation suggesting it could be an Nvidia RTX 5080 or 5070 Ti. Last month, leaks from manufacturers Zotac and Acer indicated that up to five RTX 50 series GPUs would be released, including a top-of-the-line model. VideoCardz has also reported on a leak of the RTX 5080 from MSI, featuring 16GB of GDDR7 memory.
Nvidia’s LAN party, dubbed “GeForce LAN 50,” takes place from January 4th to 6th. The company’s CEO, Jensen Huang, is set to deliver a CES keynote on January 6th at 9:30PM ET, further fueling anticipation for the RTX 50 series launch.
