Nvidia Upgrades DLSS 4.5 with Dynamic Frame Generation

Nvidia has announced that its DLSS 4.5 feature will be available starting March 31st for users with RTX 50-series GPUs. This upgrade offers a maximum 6x multiplier, allowing it to generate “five additional frames for every single natively rendered one”. The new feature builds upon the previous Multi Frame Generation, which could produce up to three additional frames.

Additionally, Nvidia will release Dynamic Frame Generation, which can automatically adjust frame rates to match your target or display’s refresh rate. This feature will also be available on March 31st and supports frame rates of up to 90fps in VR headsets with an Ultimate subscription.

GeForce Now is also getting some upgrades, including the ability to link GeForce Now accounts with GOG accounts in the coming months. Select Xbox games will join the Install-to-Play library, starting March 19th, along with a boost in frame rates for VR gaming and support for more premium features.
