A 24-year-old woman, Jaia Cruz, has been charged with second-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of a 36-year-old on-duty USPS worker, Ray Hodges, inside a Harlem deli. The attack allegedly began after a dispute between two customers and was followed by the recovery of a weapon, which has yet to be identified. The USPIS has confirmed that the postal worker was assigned to Manhattan and is working closely with the NYPD to investigate the incident.
